The best thing in micro1 there are lots of opportunities here. We can see our progress and vetted skills here. On other platform (e.g. Mercor) we can't see the progress well.
My true feedback about Micro1
Every time I take the interview with the AI Model Zara, I always grew from strength to strength , even though I am yet to be certified by Micro1.ai The questions are a little too long (verbal & the typo) to grasp and respond fluently within the short time, even though I know the answers. My suggestion would be part of the time to be devoted for Video to know the communication & presentation skills and the next 20minutes or so to be devoted to type the textual answers, so that you can select the candidate by giving due weightage for both Spoken and Written skills. What could not be explained verbally in the allotted time, could be confidently accomplished in Wrting mode. This is my Honest feeling. All the best to Micro 1, they are indeed preparing the candidaates to better themselves, day after day, Hope I will be part of the contributor in one of the roles that I am fit for.
