Zara is very natural and respectul, yet could improve by not cutting the user's answer and being more able to answer questions. A major issue I have is that when I take an interview fore roles in other languages the interview is mostly about the technicalities in English which will inaccurately rate the job applicant. Since only a small percent of people have the financial, social and cultural priviledge of learning taxonomy beyond the language in their own countries, the interview ends up making a inaccurate assessment of the applicants knowledge. In other words: the process could be much more inclusive and not focused on English speaking technicalities and culture.
