Brilliant customer service a

Ordered a Militado Tuxedo. Max advised me that FedEx had increased their shipping to 50USD for watches with batteries so would use normal postage which would take approx 15 days. Watch wa dispatched and arrived in UK in 4 days and was then held up at the Heathrow hub for 25 days. It was assumed that watch had got lost in the system contacted Max and he agreed a refund which I would repay if watch turned up. Refund received and weelk later watch turned up. Contacted Max and he arranged an invoice at a discounted amount due to delay in delivery. Which obviously was not his fault. Watch is beautiful and as advertised. Service from Max is outstanding and his customer service is second to non. Highly recommend Max and Militado.

Good value for money, wish it was regulated

Lovely watch. Adored the design and looks. Perfectly clean dial. The leather strap is very decent. My only grievance - the timekeeping is severely off. I wish the movement was regulated to some extent. A 10-15 seconds/day deviation is still acceptable, but this is more like 30—35 seconds a day. Don't feel like wearing it because of this reason.

Spectacular customer service

I would like to say that the service I have experienced with the Militado staff, is like no other in the best way possible! I originally reached out to the company to inquire about a recent order, and understanding that I inquired on the weekend, I figured I would hear a response in the next business day. Lo and behold, less than an hour passed by, and someone reaches out to me to confirm that the order will be sent out soon and explained what the delay was! A few days pass and again, after normal business hours I receive an email from one of the staff saying that my order has been shipped. The service I have received from this company is nothing but amazing and I truly believe it needs to be studied.

I bought the Militado ML07 watch and it is fabulous. It is a clone of the GG-113 army pilot watch of the 70s but is updated with a K-1 crystal and a Seiko watch movement. A very good watch. The customer experience at the web site is very good. I am a satisfied customer.

I ordered the ML08 with metal bracelet and received it promptly via tracked shipping. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing issue where one spring bar wouldn't fit properly between the case and bracelet end link. However, Militado's customer service (Max) was exceptional in handling this. They quickly offered a solution and sent a replacement watch case, which they pre-tested to ensure proper fit with the bracelet. The watch itself is fantastic quality for the price point - lovely brushed finish, solid bracelet, and great vintage styling. The VH31 movement provides smooth seconds hand sweep with the quartz reliability. Despite the initial hiccup, their outstanding customer service has earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
