I just received my order, a bracelet. It's a perfect fit. I had been concerned because another review had stated that size was not accurate and much too small. WRONG! It is exactly as I wanted and had expected. I will follow up when I can review long term use.

I am finding it nearly impossible to "contact" them! I click and nothing. Also, my DIL birthday is fast approaching and they have a 3rd party package receiver for their apartment building. I gave the specific address, but it is not presenting on their confirmation, and the shipping company just refers me back to M&L! So frustrating. I would really like to actually connect with someone from this company who can actually assists me.

I’ve ordered a few things from Mint & Lily and despite saying you can wear these everywhere, the plating has worn off if every item after a couple of months. Their customer service is excellent at replacement but after replacing an item twice I am giving up. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for.

I purchased 2 customized stackable rings and a necklace for myself and a bracelet that I gifted to a friend. Both rings were gold finished and tarnished within a month of wearing daily. I reached out to customer service, got a very prompt response and was provided with replacements. Less than a week after receiving the new rings, they’re already started to tarnish and I’ve noticed the same on the necklace. Hopefully the bracelet I gifted hasn’t fallen apart! It’s a shame because I like the jewelry but it’s a waste a money because the pieces don’t last.

I purchased two necklaces—one for myself and one for my sister. Shortly after receiving my first necklace, one of the chain links snapped. I reached out to customer service by both email and Instagram, but it took several weeks to receive a response. When I finally heard back, they sent me a replacement; however, it was the wrong necklace. Not long after that, both my necklace and my sister's necklace began to tarnish. Under the warranty, I was sent two replacement necklaces, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, shortly after receiving them, one of the replacement necklaces also had a chain link break. I contacted customer service again, and it took another two weeks to receive a response. Although my necklace is still covered under the warranty, I was told they would not replace it. When I asked for an explanation, I was not given a reason. I am extremely disappointed because I genuinely love the style of these necklaces. However, after experiencing multiple quality issues and consistently poor customer service, I can no longer recommend this company. I hope they improve both the durability of their products and the responsiveness of their customer support.

i always am pleased with my purchases from mint and lily. I love the way they don't tarnish or peal way from the sterling silver under the gold. they never make my ears react to them. I have started giving my granddaughters jewelry from Mint and lily instead of trying to find gold.
