No refund and no communication!

The dress I ordered fits about a size smaller than what it was labeled. I am a standard size 12 and that's what I ordered but the dress fit more like a size 10. Also there is padding sewn in the bra area of the dress that I don't want. The padding doesn't provide support and lift so I want to wear a bra. However, with a bra there would be two layers of padding and that's just too much! I've been emailing for weeks and am getting no response to my request for a refund. It's not looking like I'm going to get one so I'm out the money I spent!

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with this company!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I waited 4 weeks for my dress, providing my exact body measurements as requested. When it finally arrived, it was completely the wrong size. It was obvious that the dress was not made according to the measurements I submitted. The fit was nowhere close, and it was impossible to wear. The most disappointing part was the customer service. Although their website suggests returns are possible, they refused to accept a return, claiming the dress was “custom made” for me. Instead, after I paid £130, they offered me only £17 as compensation. Waiting a month for a dress that doesn’t match the measurements provided and then refusing to take responsibility is completely unacceptable. If you are considering ordering from Misa, be aware that if they make a mistake with your custom order, you may be left with an expensive dress that doesn’t fit and almost no refund. I would not recommend this company.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on custom-sized products.
