PACKAGE NOT RECIEVED. No refund
I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. This dress arrived a week for the estimated delivery which normal would be great however I was on holiday. When I got back the package was missing. After several back and forth with Missacc they still are NOT willing to help me. The company’s customer service is appalling. I would really consider before placing an order with them

Maybe nice quality but sizes are so wrong and they will not give you a refund.. offer you £15 on a £180 dress.. so wrong . Please do not buy from this site.. unless you got money to waste.. one unhappy MOB

I feel this online retailer is a scam. They lie regarding their product. Its not what you expect. the sizes are a mess. I used their measurement guide and I went up 2 dress sizes. When the product is received its a mess. the dress is too small. I feel this a scam. I am trying to get my refund back. I feel I should not have to pay a arm and a leg as well as jump through all kinds of hoops to get my money back. I will never used this online retailer again
