Sketchy Return Process
Purchased a dress in XL. Size would fit a Small. Had to return it. Return instructions are very sketchy. Different to main contact center. Must be sent to a person in a remote location in China, via local post only and there must be tracking and they limit you to insure for $20 only, dress was way more than that. Cost of shipping was more than the cost of the dress. Now stuck with the dress. Don’t buy if you need flexibility to return.

The customer service is excellent! I can tell how much care they put into customers that are buying.. I was exchanging a dress for a size up, and was given clear instructions on how to do it, i was assisted throughout and was reassured about the shipping. I most definitely buy again from this shop.

There are no shortage of great things to say!! I ordered this dress on a Saturday and paid for express shipping. It was my second choice of address because my first choice was just way out of my budget. I had purchased from this site before and had a great experience so I figured I could not go wrong. I wore this dress for my 20 year anniversary and I got so many compliments! I am 5’2, 115 pounds, 34B. I ordered the small and had to have it slightly altered in the shoulders and a little in the hip/waist area. My seamstress did a fantastic job of making this dress look like it was custom made for me. People could not believe that I ordered this dress from overseas. I ordered this dress on a Saturday, it shipped Monday. Tracking said I would get it on Friday and I got it Thursday. Again, I could not have been more pleased with how this dress fit. It looks just as good on as it does in the picture, if not better. I highly recommend that you get the dress tailored if need be. Do not let that deter you from purchasing the dress. Also, have your dress steamed. There is about an inch and a half of plastic at the bottom hem. That kind of keeps the dress ruffled up and I had no idea what to do with that, but the seamstress took care of that as well. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience, and I cannot wait to order another dress from here.

Good quality fabric, it was a shame that the dress didn’t come in a larger size in the black , it was a little small for me so I just gave it to a friend. Delivery was on time would definitely buy from your company again

I love the dress, however
I love the dress however, I’m not super crazy about the lace portion because of the color of the lace. It’s white, so unless you have white skin, it doesn’t match my skin tone or anyone who is darker than the tone of chalk. Please make more neutral shades to pick from when making these dresses, I will probably dye or tint the lace to match it to my skin because otherwise the dress is beautiful. It does fit and it gives me a shapely look by drawing attention at the waist. The material is very nice and it’s an overall flattering dress for a black tie occasion.

Pay for return to CHINA
It was not clear on their website that returns are at the buyers expense and need to be sent to CHINA!!!! They don’t offer return labels. I’m furious!!! Had I have known, I would NOT have bought the dress. Cost me £23 to deliver for a £60 dress. THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING.

I contacted them and they did a custom order in record time! I received the dress way ahead of schedule, allowing me the option to alter down if necessary. I will return with pics after the wedding.
