My daughter loved her dress and the fit. I was worried about the size but the customer service rep reassured me that it would work with her specific measurements. They shipped the dress in plenty of time.
I was a little skeptical to order from here at first but everything I ordered was exactly as shown on the website, good quality and good pricing. I even ended up returning to purchase bridesmaid dresses for my wedding which got lots of compliments on the day!
Before my undergraduate graduation I was looking for a dress, with my favorite color and elegant. I searched for it with these same words and after a bit of scrolling it appeared, it felt like love at first sight, but I had two concerns: The first was whether my order could arrive on time (and it did! I kept in touch with the MissOrd team and they were very kind, they gave me answers in reat detail and gave me a lot of security and confidence, the tracking was also very detailed). The second was whether the dress was going to fit me (and it did! the MissOrd team helped me with the measurements, and when I put it on I only had to make a couple of tiny adjustments). Thanks a lot MissOrd! this was my first experience, the quality of service and the product was more than 5 stars.
Horrible customer service sent wrong size won’t return
I ordered a size medium it came weeks later it was too big I ordered a size small it came weeks later it aaa too small. I just realized the size medium wasn’t a medium it was a large. I’ve been contacting the company everyday for 2 weeks now. They keep telling me their return policy is 15 days. It takes more than 15 days to even receive the dress. They will not return either dress . Horrible company they are both within 30 days . Do not order from them.
I bought a dress that arrived late and to tall. I tried to get a refund, the dress and I have to pay 30$ to get the dress back to the company. Or they offer you a refund off 30% ...
I will never order from that company again!
I bought 2 Formal Dresses from Missord which I received today. I was a bit nervous buying them online because sometimes the photos are made to look nicer than what they are and after reading some of the reviews I knew I was taking a big risk but I am so glad I did, I couldn't be happier, the rings are really beautiful, better than the photos and I received them 9 days after ordering them. I would definitely recommend Missord and I will definitely be using them again.
