I recently purchased a custom desktop from MLOONG PC and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. The configuration process was clear, and I appreciated that the team double-checked certain component choices with me before finalizing the build. It gave me confidence that they actually care about compatibility and performance rather than just processing the order. The PC arrived well-packaged and neatly assembled. Cable management was clean, and everything worked perfectly out of the box. Temperatures and performance have been stable under load, which is important for the games and workloads I run daily. Communication was responsive and professional throughout. I also liked that pricing was transparent with no hidden surprises. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase and would consider ordering from MLOONG PC again in the future.
