After setting everything up every game ran at less than 10 fps with major stuttering and as low as 2 fps on some games. After trying every conceivable setting in the bios nothing fixed it and now I have a near 2,000 dollar paperweight I can’t refund. Never buying from these guys again

Will "repair" Pc but it comes back worse every time. Biggest purchase regret.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had to deal with from a company and warranty.
My PC started having issues around September 24, 2025. I contacted support stating that my PC was not recognizing my GPU periodically and that it would cause stalls and severe frame drops in games, as little as 7FPS. They ended up telling me to just make sure the cords were connected to the GPU port. I had done everything they had suggested and it was still not functioning properly. Having to constantly turn off and on my PC to try and get it to where I could log in, and then fight GPU stalls to just use it. DDU uninstal, reinstalled the drivers, moved the RAM sticks, and removing the CMOS battery & putting it back in. Before they'd finaly admit the PC likely needed to be checked by a technician.
When I got it back the first time (3/10/26), there was nothing inside my PC to support its GPU at all. I opened box and I could see the inside immediately without taking the glass off. The GPU was noticeably sagging after this incident. I was told to make sure I securely packaged teh PC, and they returned it with nothing to secure it internally. I sent it back after the requested cleaning and the GPU was confirmed to be defective. They replaced the GPU and PSU and sent it back (Securely).
I recieved my PC(4/18/26), set it back up, and stress tested it with my more demanding games and it ran fine. A few days in and it suddenly shut off and wouldn't turn back on, so I did a couple things, like moving the RAM to different slots and reseating the GPU, to narrow down the issue and contacted support again. They had me do the paperclip test to see if it was my PSU, and after doing the test it was confirmed that the PSU had died. I get another case going to send in my PC(5/5/26).
I recieve my PC again(6/01/26), and they replaced the PSU, so I once again booted up my more demanding games to stress test it. I was experiencing stalls and crashes again, so I contacted them to ask what the PSU was that they had replaced to try and narrow down what the issue was again. Upon me asking if a part I was looking into would be a suitable replacement, they urged me to let them set up an appointment for a call with one of their technicians, so I did.
The man on the phone was wonderful to work with, he listened to what was wrong and had me try a few things with it. He ended up saying he thought it could be a problem with the CPU, and had me stress test my PC for the next day to see if I could gather evidence of the issues I was experiencing. I spent the rest of the day playing my heavy, demanding games, crashing several times throughout the day while doing so. I had 4 GPU stalls, 2 crashes, and one massive PC wide freeze that lasted 30 seconds before working again. When I reached back out to him with this information, he confirmed it was likely a CPU issue, alongside another potential GPU issue, so he set me up for another repair to get it taken care of.
When I get my PC back (7/21/26) they ahd replaced the CPU and GPU again, and admitted that they could not replicate the issues I had been experiencing. When I got home and set it up again to stress test it, there was already something wrong with the PC. It took over a minute for it to fully boot up, and this was consistent for every time I turned it on. Without even launching a game my screens would flicker and glitch out heavily. I swapped my cords to different ports to see if that'd help. I launched a game and the flickering became more apparent. My monitor screens turning black for a couple seconds at a time. Audio during these big screen cuts would also distort heavily.
I contacted support sending them a few videos I had of the screen issues, one of which was in a game, the other was just on the desktop with nothing open. They proceeded to set me up for another call with the technician. Call went ok. They helped me with the boot up issue, so now my PC boots up immediately like it should. They pinned the screen glitches on my cords that I have been using, and I told them that I didn't think that was the issue. Also notably, they told me during this phone call to not contact support and to just email them instead.
After this call I had gone to town to buy new HDMI cords to see if it would help somehow, and it only somewhat did. My screens still flicker during gameplay and even worse the screens will turn OFF. Audio will cut off, and whatever game I was in I will be disconnected. My PC becomes unresponsive. The lights are on in the PC case, but my PC is not working. The only way to fix it is to hold down the power button until it is off, wait 30 seconds then turn it back on. So I still cannot play my more demanding games due to this, I am waiting to hear back from them still, at the date of 8/9/26.
Additionally, before the call had happened I sent an email to support regarding my issue on 7/25/26 and they have not acknowledged my ticket.
Ordered a custom built PC . My PC was Ordered and built and sent within a week. My PC is beautiful and is exactly what I wanted. Easy set up. Very Happy and would recommend Skytech for anyone who wants a perfect gaming pc
Recently purchased a King 95 from Skytech. I'm very satisfied with the build quality. There was some film on internal components missed by the builder so be sure to review before starting up. Support answered some question I had while waiting for delivery and where very helpful and responsive. Lack of bloatware installed which is great to see. Overall a great experience and machine.

Thank you for the feedback! I was able to look at your order number and gave our production manager the heads up. We take pride in not installing unnecessary software, thank you for pointing that out! -Chris
I've been using Skytech gaming since 2019 and this the first custom build and it's amazing they did an fantastic job, their support team is always extremely helpful as well.
The desktop build arrived as expected. Everything was thoughtfully and thoroughly packed, an obviously intentional act to protect the PC in transit. Initial set up was very easy and straightforward. I have had a chance to test it on a couple rather demanding games and it has been running great. I should also mention that they ensure clean, ordered cable management. Lastly, customer service was great. Thank you.
Got a pc from them it has been crashing since I got it could’ve sent me broken pc or it got damaged during shipping spent hella money on a pc already built so I didn’t have to deal with that.
Excellent customer service. Competitive pricing and good custom build choices.

Do not buy a computer, avoid at all costs!
Don’t let them talk you out of a refund or fix your pc, they don’t give it back. Spent 3,500$ on a computer, the pc had issues turning on and had poor performance. Their support team barely helped with the issues. I couldn’t refund so I made the mistake of sending in my pc to be repaired a month ago and the computer is currently still in limbo. I haven’t been able to use the computer I paid 3500 dollars for for an entire month.
Don’t bother with this joke of a company, build your own instead even with the high ram prices.
