Great product

Great product. Came packaged in mail very secure. They even through in a free keyboard and mouse! My only discrepancy is how long it can take to get ahold of customer service. But I understand this isnt a large company. So still 5 stars all around. As the customer service was professional and respectful. For my first Gaming PC this was simple to setup. However, I do wish it came with a manual on how to adjust settings for certain things for us newbies.

Best PC buying experience ever.

Everything about this experience has been amazing 10/10. My first PC and I am extremely happy with the device. Purchasing and shipping was all very easy, it arrived within 4-5 days. The PC is beautifully done and cable managed perfectly. All components worked right out of box, and after a week of use I can say is the best gaming experience of my life. I look forward to using this pc and using its hardware to its limits.

had a PSU fail within 30 days

had a PSU fail within 30 days. took to micro center and it took them 3 weeks just to replace... seems crazy that it took that long considering my computer was literally sitting in a giant computer store with PSU's on the shelf that couldve been used.

Got sent a computer that worked for 2…

Got sent a computer that worked for 2 days then didn't work. On day 7 with no date in sight for a new one. Will say they are replacing the whole p.c with a new one but it's a very long wait. Update. After dealing with them for 3 weeks now I can say I wouldn't recommend the company. If you recieve a faulty product like me your gonna be waiting forever to get a replacement. They don't work weekends so if you need to talk to someone good luck your waiting till the weekend is over. They give 0 updates about anything. Spend your hard earned money where you will be appreciated more.

Good quality PC

Prebuilt pc arrived and works flawlessly after messing around with the settings a bit. Only complaint is that they didn’t activate windows on my machine, and that they use FedEx for delivery.

I ordered a custom-build and found the overall ordering(piece by piece) fairly straightforward with the exception of: 1. I wanted to include that the GPU be mounted verically(90 degrees) and that the riser kit (for the wiring to motherboard) be included. I thought that since this wasn't an option included in the regular build process, that I could simply add it in before completing my order and it would be added to my workbench instructions only to find out that Skytech doesn't build their cabinets this way. I still received the anti-SAG bracket that I eventually ensured the workbench would install and was informed that my premium paste process would be included in my build. This inadvertent miscommunication ended up saving me $75 in the long run because my GPU did have a structurally sound bracket that was installed in the paste(premium) was done correctly and that the GPU although installed horizontally does not hang over the motherboard anyway because the motherboard is soundly placed vertically on the back panel of the chassis which is actually a fantastic set up! Skytech responded to all my support inquiries expediently their answers were easy to understand and every time I ask for insurances of particulars theSkytech's support team sent me an ease with each email. The bill came to my home in a well packaged and highly protected crate. Upon opening the crate and totally unboxing everything I was amazed at how beautiful the system was with myLian Li cabinet! The system is beautiful, the system was put together professionally and with integrity! Skytech is a solid and professional builder and although I write this review only 30 days after having the system I have no doubt that I will be enjoying this system for years to come without issue! I highly recommend Skytech for your pre-build or custom build needs. Thank you Skytech!
