I bought a pre-built and it arrived with a small crack in the case and Skytech reached out and gave me a small refund, its nothing crazy so dont think youll get a free pc but im very greatful for what the offered, i wasnt expecting anything. Very impressed with the customer service and will definitely recommend for friends to go here.

The build quality was amazing! Although there was one connection I had to plug in my self, but other than that I have no issues.

KiI bought my wife a Skytech Gaming PC in 2020 and it still works great without having upgraded it. I just bought the Shadow 4 and am loving the performance. It handles gaming and my work load without hesitation. From order to delivery in Texas took 5 days. Excellent product and customer service. I plan to buy my wife her own Shadow 4 in a couple months. 10 stars.

Had some minor problems. Daniel at Skytech Gaming walked me through the process and had me going in minutes. He was timely, attentive and professional. I am computer illiterate and he walked me through the process smoothly. I would 100% recommend Skytech Gaming. I am very pleased with them.

Ive had a great experience so far the pc works great everything is much better than i expected this is my first pc and i play competitive shooters and ive had 0 issues the only problems ive had is with my amd drivers and internet drives causing my download speeds to bottle neck i have 2 gig speed fiber and it would max my cpu out and stop my download but after i looked up videos etc i was able to fix the issues with the wifi. the amd drivers still are a little iffy because it constantly fails the download.

Easy order process. Bought a King 95 for my son. Love it so much we bought another one for us! Fast processing. Smoothly runs games. Fantastic graphics. Is very quiet machine. Fish bowl case feature is very cool.

Very very good prebuilt - PC. I went in knowing i wanted a powerful pc for gaming but didn't have the time or energy to do all the research that goes into building one and this was PERFECT. I play all games with no issues what so ever
