i placed an order and i am still waiting on delivery at first befor placing my order i was in chat talking to an actual person who was a bit rude at time but nothing crazy, now that my order has already been placed hours ago i am getting a robot in the chat. in the email it stated 30min-1hour delivery time im at hour 12 now with no response and no delivery, this is not good service and fasle advertisement i will most likely call my bank and try to get a refund. on that note this review will stay unless some staff reaches out to me and fixes this problem.

it said i would revive my gold in 5 minutes to 1 hour, 2 days later i have still not got it. their 24/7 live chat is a joke its just a auto response that asks for your email, i have tried it several times and they have not emailed me back once.

Be AWARE, scamming practices. They are putting items on sale (at good prices) that they do not actually have. When you get tired of waiting, they offer you some in game currency at a bad exchange rate instead of the item you were waiting and you paid for. They only sell heavily overpriced items, the other stuff is just bait.

Have made several transactions with this company recently for P.O.E-2 game currency. Never had a problem until this last transaction. Less than half the items were delivered. Reason given was out of stock. Yet they sent email stating status delivered. Refused to send email confirmation stating delivery was not completed and said I was getting a good deal anyways on the prices??? Then they turned off live chat and stopped all communication with me. Paid for 100 Divine Orbs and 2000 Exalted Orbs. Received 50 Divine Orbs and 400 Exalted Orbs. Filed dispute against seller with Pay Pal. As of 4-16-2025 They delivered the rest of the items. 50 Divine Orbs and 1600 Exalted Orbs. I am glad to see that they made good on purchased items. I will continue to do business with them in the future. There is a lot to be said about a company that actually tries to do the right thing.
