1. Some problems getting Samsung 21 Utra to connect. 2. Needs updated software which is not automated. New software doesn't recognise the registration code. 3. Help desk does not help much. When it worked it did work and fast although the whole deal, including finding out how to make it work, took 4 hours.

Worked perfectly migrating Whatsapp…

Worked perfectly migrating Whatsapp chat history and images from Android to iPhone. There was a failed attempt from me not having enough cloud storage for the backup, would have been good if we were warned about this. Overall took 1h but I did have 3 years of chats and included videos.

I bought your app

I bought your app, but it is not able to transfer photos from Samsung Galaxy s10 plus to iphone 12 PRO max. I want to refund money or some compensation for this app. Order Number is - # AG143369454

Does not work- very hard to get a refund - sets up subscription!

This is a very mis-leading and very sneaky app! While it is free to download the only mention of cost comes when you go to use the app. I purchased this based on good reviews but please be aware this app requires you to provide admin level and developer level access to both devices- it also stores data outside of your device and does not work in general (error prone see bad reviews on here). Lastly once I had purchased the item PayPal set up a recurring subscription to a Chinese company: 万兴科技集团股份有限公司 which I have no idea what it is for or why, I had to ask PayPal to cancel this. I have tried so far unsuccessfully to get a refund on the product as it did not work- no response yet in over a week- avoid. Leaving a review so others don't get scammed.

Total garbage for the free trial

Total garbage for the free trial. Rather than saving the 5 contacts I wanted, it saved and restored 5 random contacts, not at all useful - unless you only have 5 total. Huge waste of time trying out a useless product pumped up by false reviews to try to get your $50.

Did the job, took the money

Great software but ridiculously expensive. Did the job and took "only" 1,5 hours. Hope this would someday be easier to transfer data between iPhone and Android.

Expensive but did the job

Ridiculous that this doesn't work automatically, but it did the job. Do this before you make any changes with Whatsapp, since you need to wait for hours if you want to change the number too often from one phone to another.

Good enough to keep and transfer your important messages

So far it was pretty simple and straightforward. Just follow the guideline, and you are all good to go. Although the backup and restoring images from some of the very old messages was not successful and unable to retrieve images/ video from the Whatsapp web, even though the file exists inside the transferred device, But overall it is good enough!

Very bad experience.I spent days trying to get the program to work.a wondershare technician who worked on it for almost 2 hrs,eventually told me their program wasn’t compatable with my Symbian Nokia phone.but their website said it was compatable.I’m not sure was I told this just to get rid of me from the team viewer session.then after all this I was emailed and asked to leave a positive review.complete nonsense.I’m waiting to get my refund.why advertise that your program works with certain phones and then to be told it doesn’t by their own technicians.is this not false or misleading advertising??extremely disappointed.

Transfer went well but issue receiving and sending wats app

The transfer was great from I phone 11 pro to samsung z flip. But I have been having issues receiving and sending my wats app on my Samsung z flip now. Sometimes it works and sometimes is don't. For example I sent wats app message at 11am and it will only be send 30-45mins later. Ppl sending me wats app message and I will only receive it 30-45 minutes later. Anyone face the same issue, can anyone assist me on this please.

I lost everything

I backed up my phone using this app before resetting my phone, the back up completed fine and said the backup file was there. But after I reset my phone I went to restore my phone using the software but the backup file magically disappeared so I lost all my data, everything. My photos, videos, messages, and everything are now gone. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP

Little difficulty moving from Trial version to registered format.

I had a little difficulty moving from the free trial to the registered version. Once sorted it worked well, all data requested transferred from iPhone 6s to iPhone 11.

I just wanted to transfer a video from my phone. But the app says I have no videos saved on my phone so my only other option was to back up my photos, all 4000s of them, or none? Don't understand why it's so hard to transfer a video from your phone to computer.

Refund nightmare

While searching for different ways to transfer the content of my iPhone to my android phone, I noticed a software called "Wondershare Mobiletrans" which seemed to be featured quite often in blogs, google ads and review websites. On their website, I purchased the full-features product for $39.95 which boasted over ten features. The main features I cared about were the phone transfer and the Whatsapp transfer yet both of these failed to execute. I spent at least four hours of my time on this software for nothing; many of my files were in fact deleted in the process and I was unable to recover them. I uninstalled the software out of frustration and immediately contacted the company on their customer service website the same day. I told them that after multiple attempts, I could not use either of the two features that prompted me to purchase their software in the first place and asked them to refund my money. Wondershare was unwilling to provide me a refund unless I showed proof of their software's failures; Mind you I had already uninstalled the product. Luckily, I found a partial log that I had manually deleted when trying to troubleshoot the software in my earlier efforts to make the software work. I shared this partial log which shows the Wondershare Mobiletrans software failed multiple times. Wondershare's response to my partial log was that it was not enough; Since I had claimed that the Whatsapp transfer did not work and they did not see evidence of the whatsapp transfer on the partial log, they wanted me to install the software again and go through the features again just so I could produce a complete log that would show all their services failed. This was ridiculous to me and I let them know that I was not willing to waste more hours on their software, especially after I had already provided them with a partial log that showed many of the features they were boasting about had all failed multiple times. They would not budge until I opened a dispute on Paypal, after which they sent me a diplomatic email promising a full refund in exchange for closing my dispute on Paypal. Great software

Great software - works exactly as required. I needed to transfer my WhatsApp messages and photos from Android to iPhone. Wondershare MobileTrans did the job when other software had failed. I had previously tried another leading WhatsApp transfer software which did a terrible job and I ended up having to wipe my new phone and start again. So i started using Wondershare MobileTrans with some hesitation. However after following all of the steps in the software I was delighted with the end result. It copied across all of my WhatsApp messages INCLUDING correctly linking all of my media AND not adding any of the media my camera roll. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 as the software is too expensive for a one time action. Plus, it's really not good practice to force customers to sign up to a recurring annual payment. I know I can cancel the subscription, but I should not have to for software which is, in most cases, only going to be used once.

Great Tool but a bit pricy

does the job on transfer everything you need. A bit pricy if you think that probably is something that i will use once in a year....

It didnt work for me...

It didnt work for me... Tried to transfer my whatsapp info, it used my quota but didnt work. Update: This company has asking me to send different log files to them in order to give me a refund. And I did send everything as requested. Now they ask me to control my computer through teamviewer in order to find out the solution which i have solved by using apple backup to restore. Aren’t they suppose to run different test case on their end rather than using our case and gives us nothi ng in return. Update 4/11/2020: They have send a refund to resolve this incident. Try this app if you really need a whatsapp restoration (which didnt turn out well for me) Else, just stick with apple back up.
