Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers praise the software for making it remarkably simple to transfer WhatsApp data and chat histories between different mobile operating systems without experiencing any data loss. Consumers note that the tool efficiently handles large media files and difficult backups when standard official methods completely fail. However, some reviewers were not happy with unexpected connection drops and occasional data transfer failures during the setup process. Some people also felt that the onscreen instructions were quite confusing and required extra manual steps to finish the task. Users additionally mentioned difficulties regarding customer support responses or lack of refunds when issues occurred.

ITS REAL! It's true! I transferred from my iPhone 12, out of necessity, to an LG Velvet with Android 12. It was very difficult transferring with photos and videos; it gave some errors because they were large files, but after I unchecked the photo and video options, it was easy. Everything transferred: messages, documents, audio, etc. It's only complicated with photo and video files; I recommend saving what you want to keep and unchecking those options when doing the process. I recommend it.
Thank you for sharing your detailed experience! We're glad to hear the transfer was successful despite the challenges with large files. Your recommendation to uncheck photo and video options for smoother transfers is valuable advice. If you need further assistance or have suggestions, feel free to reach out. We appreciate your support!

Very reliable. Have been using app regularly for exporting for over a year. High quality transfers albeit with some bugs with format (mine is fixed just by changing the app to view with). Keeps up with new OS updates within days. Only a small amount of kinks but nothing is perfect. Highly recommend.

I lost most of the whatspp and whatsapp business data. Example: the origin backup shows 451 MB but the end results is the transfer is 12 MB. Considering we are forced to pay a one-year subscription for a one time phone move, I feel scammed!
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please report technical issues through the "Feedback" page in the upper right corner of the software. Please be sure to provide complete information (including but not limited to a problem description, screenshots, log files, and other detailed information).
I bought the app because I lost my PDF files in individual conversations while transferring them using WhatsApp last year. But unfortunately, although the app transferred them, I lost the PDF files in the individual conversations again.
