I actually like their clothes and have ordered five different orders totaling 35 items. They fit very well however, every time I order them, in some cases, they offer total order protection for an extra charge. In every case, I do not check this charge and yet they charge it anyway. Twice they did not offer this charge and after I paid the bill, they charged it anyway. I have spent three hours in talking to three different agents on a chat because they have no phone number. It’s like talking to robots. I demanded a credit and I’m still waiting to receive it. I told him they have lost a c customer and I would write a bad review !!

I ordered and received my purchase within 10 days. I ordered one size up from my usual size because I don't like tight bathings suits and it fit good. However, I didn't particularly like the style on me. I'm now returning it and ordering a different style. The customer service has been flawless and I'm happy with my purchase.

Most items were fine except one dress that the fabric was so thin. Quality was poor on this dress. Items were advertised to be delivered thru certain dates, and then after I ordered, the dates changed to later dates which didn't help since I was hoping to wear on my vacation.
