When ordering nowhere on their site did it state the amount was in USD. Big suprise when my bank account was deducted an extra $76.00 as I'm in Australia. This company needs to be more transparant when it comes to money exchange. Very disappointed.

I bought a dress which turned out to not fit to size. I paid my first installment via Klarna… £12.03. I returned it & awaited a refund. It came eventually … £1.08 😡😡 the balance paid for postage & insurance!! BEWARE!!! It’s not free to return items like you can with other companies! I won’t be shopping with them ever again!!!!
This company is very easy to deal with. The products are excellently made, very good material, very good finishing work. Quality workmanship. They look like their advertisement. There’s nothing over shown. The prices are about average. Perhaps a little more than Amazon or Temu, however, the quality and workmanship is the difference .
Absolutely shocking customer service, i ordered items in February and it took ages for them to arrive, arrived after chasing. I returned the items I didnt want and received emails offering to add the refund to my account, I refused this offer and asked them to add it back to the original payment method. I am now over 30 messages on and no refund even though I am assured they have done it everytime I ring
The items I received were good quality but did not fit me well so I requested a return. However, customer service went back and forth with me several times in order to attempt me to accept a store credit instead of a return. They eventually told me I would need to cover a shipping charge of around $13, which I agreed to. Then, they actually charged me over $19 for “shipping” and stopped responding to my emails when I questioned it… I would recommend taking your business elsewhere 😬
This was my first time buying from Modlily, and I have to say their clothes are very nice. The styles caught my eye, and the quality looks good from what I’ve seen so far. I’m still waiting on my order to arrive, but I’m hopeful because everything on the site looks beautiful.
