I thought my parcel had not arrived and was assisted and given great advice. My parcel was found ( safely hidden by driver) I am very pleased with all 4 items purchased and also very pleased with prompt response by the assistant. Buyer Beware if you need to return. Impossible to get your money back

I would rate zero but had to select one star. It is impossible to get them to refund your money. Beware. They will try to get you to do a store credit and when you decline, they get angry. I repeated that I wanted my money back on my Visa when I requested my return. They processed it as a store credit. When I tried an online chat to correct it, they try to force a store credit.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! am extremely disappointed with Modlilly. The quality of the material of the dress was not satisfactory. I was able to return it only for exchange of another item. They keep the difference of cost in a fund to use only on their site. Unfortunately the quality and fit of the replacement was not acceptable either. Modlilly does not accept returns of replacement items so I am stuck with an item I can’t wear, have replaced or get a refund. Extremely unfair. Quite a racket to sell sub-par clothing that looks and feels nothing like the pictures only to know disappointed customers won’t be getting their money back.

Easy to order and follow! Last delivery took a long time! Went on holidays and asked for faster delivery but could not use my bathing suit cause delivery came 10 days later!

I wouldn’t even give it a one

I wouldn’t even give it a one. I just spent three hours trying to do a return and exchange. If you want to have a heart attack, just deal with Modlily and you'll be assured of a heart attack. The website for returns is the most confusing that you’ll ever use. I wanted to do a return and two exchanges one of them to a new item, it wanted the new item name, so I typed it in, four times to be exact. It wouldn’t take it. So my item had that I wanted to exchange it , but it wouldn’t let me type in another item. Next thing I know my return is final, but I’m going to get the same tankini back because I had clicked exchange. This is what led me to the chat line. The chat line was really confusing with the individuals that I had to deal with. They really didn’t know how to help. They wanted a sku number from me for the replacement exchange when the website doesn’t include it. After an hour they finally provided it to me. After a lot of back and forth trying to make sure that this return was correct, I ended the chat. By then I was getting very frustrated. When they sent the email to finalize the exchange/returns, it was in code. So I got on line again to try and get a copy so that I could read it and know just what I had to return, what exchanges they did for me, and finally what I was going to be reimbursed or any extra charges. So she sent me a picture of just items…..that really helped….not! I asked for the written email. She said one item being returned returned….I said no, some items I was keeping and some were exchanges, some were a complete return. Then she came back to me and said she cancelled all of them. I said no please just send me a copy of the email, and not in code. I said you didn’t change anything did you. She said yes. I said I only wanted a copy of the email, please don’t change anything, then she said I didn’t change anything, the email will come when I end the chat. With that I ended the chat and I should have called the ambulance because my heart rate was booming out of my chest. I Just opened up the new email, it’s in code again. I need some Pinot to calm down. I still have no idea just where I stand on this return order, and I can’t do this anymore today for the good of my health. The bathing suits aren’t as bright as the photos at all, the material isn’t that great. All in all I will be unsubscribing from Modlily once all of this is done, and I will never order from them again because I want to live a few more years! If they sold life insurance I would buy it because it would surely pay out with another call.
