I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. Despite them offering free delivery when I returned items (for which they charged £8.99) and asked for a refund, they gave store credit. When I told them I didn’t want store cedit they tried ti make me take it again. When they eventually agreed to a refund, they then sought to also deduct the delivery charges (which are advertised as free) They wouldn’t resolve the issue and when I reported it to PayPal they then said that I had to close the PayPal report otherwise they couldn’t refund me. I will certainly not be ordering from them again

First time ordering. Size charts were easy to read. Colours and other options including descriptions were helpful. Order processing was completed quickly with Google Pay. Now to wait for arrival and quality of products.

I bought 3 dresses for our cruise. I received two of them in 5 days in which I was totally grateful! That took the stress off of everything! The dresses themselves were beautiful and very good quality! They fit exactly true to size and very pretty on. Modlily has an exceptionally good look in their clothes! I love their clothes and I love their service! I will buy from them again and again!

Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about Modlily my item was received faulty and of poor quality I’ve sent the item back over 2 months ago they have ignored me and haven’t gave me a response about my refund , so now I’ve opened up a case to be able to get my refund think twice before ordering from this rubbish company if you want to be ripped off and not receive your refund and they even tried to argue with me about returning my item saying they can’t give a refund when by law your rights say your entitled to a full refund so now I have to try and get my refund but it isn’t looking hopeful
