Bought a watch and it came broken, tried to talk to customer service and got nothing after over 5 requests. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a working copy but now I will never be doing business with them. When I went to try and return it, the automated website told me my shipping label is being produced and it has been saying that for the last 3 months. The 5 other times I’ve reached out to this company for the return still crickets. HORRIBLE WATCH, HORRIBLE MANIFACTURING, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO. NOT.BUY.THESE.WATCHES.
I bought a watch. It looked great at first. I used it 4 or 5 times and after 6 months the strap started to change color. Now the strap looks completely diferent than the case and looks really cheap with just 7 months since I got it. I sent them two emails with pictures and explaining. Because it says it has 3 years guaranteed but I didn't get a response. I dont recommend this watches. There are excelent options out there for less than $300. Dont make this mistake.

Just do it already! Ordered one watch just to see if the quality of the watch was good and also make sure I wouldn’t regret the purchase like I have with other websites. Shipping was quick and when I opened the package I was really impressed with the quality of the watch and the fit as well. I have large wrists and it fit perfectly. Now I’m regretting the fact I didn’t take the opportunity to order the 3 for 2 deal. Will definitely be ordering another watch soon!

Ordered 3 watches, one arrived faulty and the other 2 had the incorrect strap with the watch, after having to pay to return the watches to the USA which is not mentioned at my own cost. I have still not received a refund for the returned watches
This company is a scam. They are happy to take your money but will not deliver the goods. Still no delivery 3 months later despite taking money. No response from them despite over 20 communications
To start off, they have deleted their social media and changed their website and do not honor their warranties. I purchased cookie Monster psycho mod from them. It arrived with the band, not attached and leaking moisture into the watch. I contacted them within two days and was told it was not eligible for return. I also purchased this under a program to get one free extra bracelet I never received that. I read several reviews where people had complained about it and they did honor their promotion. I sent them screenshots and photos of what was sent to me. They reneged on taking care of the watch or fulfilling their promotion when I contacted them later they told me they had no record of my purchase and that they were a totally new company, even though they were using the same photos and reviews since 2021. I would not buy from this company. I’ve left a review before, but they screen these reviews. I have screenshots of all of our conversations. You’re better off ordering from somebody else or just ordering it. Genuine psycho. This place is really not worth the headache.

I ordered a Seiko Speedmaster. Price was $249. Product arrived in good time, nicely packed, honestly one of the nest watches I have bought.
2nd time purchasing from Modsera. Ended up with the buy 2 get 1 free. Couldn’t be happier. Have had friends take advantage as well once they saw the quality of mine. It will take between 3-4 weeks for them to come in. Well worth the wait though.
I am extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. I followed their return policy exactly as stated and contacted them within the required time frame. They initially responded asking for additional information, which I provided immediately. After that, they completely stopped responding to my emails. I have sent multiple follow-up messages with no reply. To make matters worse, they do not provide a phone number, so there is no way to speak to a real person to resolve the issue. It is unacceptable for a company to make returns this difficult and then ignore customers. I would not recommend purchasing from them based on this experience.
I ordered a watch from them on November 30th. Long story long, the watch was confiscated by the USPS for counterfeit postage. Modsera would no longer return my texts/emails. Their website went dark. They re-branded at Modseracx. Of course the website looks exactly like Modsera. And their watches. Their website even still says MODSERA. They have suggested that I never placed an order with them, being ModseraCX. And to contact Modsera. I gave them the opportunity to do the right thing. Instead, they insulted my intelligence by suggesting I had contacted the wrong company. They are a scam. Do not order from them.
Very Sketchy! I ordered 4 items - 3 watches and a "Trio" travel case. I received the watches but not the case. I contacted support (very difficult) and eventually got them to check and they acknowledged the item was out of stock and offered me a refund. This was in Dec 2025, it is now Feb 2026. I still have no refund or case. When I contact the company now, they way "oh, we are not Modsera, we are ModseraCW". Their site is ModseraCW, but everything on the site - the logo, the products, these reviews - are all Modsera and exactly the same as everything I received in email and product packaging from them. Be very careful ordering from any company named Modsera or ModseraCW or whatever they decide to call themselves next week
Its a scam. Bought a watch and it stopped working pretty quick after receiving. Now they claim i never ordered it. Been fighting to get a refund or warranty since November its now February and nothing
It is a scam and now "rebranded" as ModseraCW. STAY AWAY< quality is cheap and literally falls apart within week one.
