We switched to MoeGo from another system

We switched to MoeGo from another software system we had been using for our kennel. Our previous system wasn't perfect, but it worked well enough for our needs. During the sales process, the MoeGo team painted a very appealing picture and assured us they would handle everything to make the transition smooth. Their platform also seemed like it would do exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, once we got started, our experience was very different from what we were promised. We quickly discovered that some features were blocked, others didn't work as expected, and several capabilities we were told the system had either didn't exist or weren't available. The implementation was much more challenging than we anticipated, and the experience didn't match the expectations set during the sales process. While the software has potential, we were disappointed that the promises made before signing up didn't align with the reality of using the platform. We hope MoeGo improves transparency during the sales process and better supports new customers during onboarding.

Great Pet Grooming Software for Small and Large Businesses

I have been using MoeGo as everyday grooming software since I opened my small business in 2023. I highly recommend it to those who are looking to consolidate their customer information, card payments, auto messaging, and ads all in one place! They have different packages offered so different business structures can be accommodated. Their growth plan is perfect for my one mobile grooming vehicle taking new clients. They also offer larger packages for those with multiple groomers, locations, or looking for more rapid growth. They update their software regularly to add convenience and new options to their clients. Some other things they offer are business insights, advertising, financing, referrals, and more! My customer's favorite feature is the grooming report that I can fill out, include pictures, and either text or email over to them to let them know how their fur baby's groom went. The grooming report offers useful information to the pet owner as well in case they'd like to revisit the information; such as behavior, coat condition, skin condition, eye condition, ear condition, and recommended grooming regularity. Another useful tool I use regularly is the auto messaging. This tool is a great way to keep your clients regularly informed about their bookings, business updates, and even to send a happy birthday message! If you're looking for a new grooming software for your small or large business, I highly recommend trying MoeGo!

We have been using MoeGo for more than three years, and it has truly been a fundamental part of the growth of our company, Western Grooming. It offers great value at a very competitive price, and their team has always provided excellent support whenever we have needed assistance. We have experienced very few issues, and the platform has helped us keep our appointments, customer information, and daily operations organized. It is an excellent CRM, especially for a growing grooming business. We have also noticed that MoeGo has been innovating more and listening to customer feedback, particularly over the past year. That progress is greatly appreciated. One improvement we would love to see is more flexibility when connecting MoeGo with third-party platforms. Easier integrations through Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, or more accessible API options would be extremely valuable for our business. However, this does not take away from the five-star rating they deserve. Overall, MoeGo has been reliable, easy to use, and an essential tool for our company. We highly recommend it.

We’ve been with MoeGo for nearly six years, and during that time our business has grown from about 20 appointments per week to nearly 200. Obviously that growth isn’t solely because of MoeGo, but I honestly don’t think we could have scaled the way we did without a platform that was built to grow alongside our business. Features like abandoned booking recovery, automated marketing emails, and promotional discounts have played a significant role in helping us retain clients and fill our schedule. Having everything integrated into one ecosystem has made managing a growing business much easier. Like any software, we’ve experienced a few minor issues and the occasional outage over the years, but what has consistently stood out is their customer support. It’s always been easy to reach someone, and response times have been fast whenever we’ve needed help. Overall, MoeGo has been a major part of our growth, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to any grooming business looking for software that can scale with them.

Best option for grooming businesses

Customer service is generally very helpful and quick to respond. Lots of features and easy to navigate. I do wish there were more tiers to the subscription - the prices are ok if you utilise everything they come with but I can’t imagine most businesses using every feature. It would be good to have some in between options! Online booking is easy for clients! App works well.

I transitioned to MoeGo in February and so far I have loved it. It takes so much off my busy schedule by allowing customers to create their own profiles and upload vaccines. Also it helps tremendously by sending appointment reminders & when its time to book again
