These shysters sold me a poorly made product with shirts they are calling XXL and I cannot even put it on. I asked for a refund on a $200 purchase and first they offered a 20%now with much haggling I am at 30%. I am told that shipping back to China is very expensive and for me to take the 30%, give the shirts away or sell on another platform. Who are these people! I would highly recommend NOT buying the Mokaloha shirts! Very disappointing. Don't buy these shirts!

I have made several purchases from them with mixed results. I like their stonewashed cotton t-shirts if you order something with a print/design, even if it says cotton, (unless they have changed) it’s going to show up as polyester. Happened to me more than once and I went around with them about inaccurate product descriptions. If you need to return something, it’s not worth the trouble and expense of international shipping. Some of their stuff is great, some is not. I just went out on a limb and ordered a pair of shorts. In 3 weeks or so, I’ll find out if I get what I expected.

Mokaloha appears to be shipping straight out of China. Shirts were suppose to be 2xl and they fit like they were smalls. Ordered 4 pair of shorts and only received 1 pair. There refund policy is to only return 20% of what was paid. I had to contact them twice to find that out. The shorts that I never received, I have yet to get a response on what the plan to fix it. I have contacted them 4x to this point. I would strongly not buy from these people.
Ordered two shirts - my bad
Ordered two shirts, but immediately cancelled within their website’s stated 24 hour window. They ignored those requests. Shipped anyway, and refuse to resolve the issue. All according to their rep, “Kyle”. (They’re in China, and their written responses are terrible). Buyer beware. It’s these types of companies that give Chinese businesses a bad reputation. That, and no responses to any of the review sites.

Two major processing centers rejected my transactions to buy your product! Bank of America and Capital one. Both said insufficient credit available. I knew that was wrong and called one. They said the problem was NOT me but the merchant had too many complaints. That gave me a moment to pause. I recently purchased two shirts that fit and looked so nice on me i was about to order four more. I reduced the order to two

I purchased a pair of shorts listed as "breathable linen". I recieved 85% polyester & 15% spandex shorts. Not with the $$ and not what I ordered. Buyer beware
