The company is AMAZING
The company is AMAZING! It makes me feel better to buy from a company that ACTUALLY values their customers. I emailed them with an issue, shared some photos of the deformity of the pillow, and they immediately sent me another one without making me send the other back. I received the replacement pillow within two days! They responded to every question I had, and every email. The pillow itself is just AMAZING! I sleep so soundly with this cradled around me. I know this may sound weird to some but this pillow makes me feel safe at night, because I sleep alone. I’d HIGHLY recommend this company AND its product! This pillow actually is life-changing!

We bought a couple of momcozy products…
We bought a couple of momcozy products and all are working great. The customer service also works very well: We had an issue with a valve of the Brest pump and got two replacement valves within a week.
When we ordered the warm water dispenser for formula, the original machine came in broken with an error code. I immediately reached out to support and they were extremely kind and helpful. After sending over information on the machine and providing pictures they promptly sent a replacement.
It's hard to find hasle free customer service these days and an actual human to speak with.

Momcozy is by far my favorite brand that I love to get from. I’ve never had a bad experience. Every time I have an issue or concern they meet me with such kindness and understanding every. Single. Time. They have gone above and beyond to replace pumps for me as quickly as possible even in situations where I wasn’t expecting that. Every new mom I come across I always recommend Momcozy based on customer service alone that and of course I just love their products but the customer service ultimately makes the brand equally as great. One of the best decisions in our baby support as parents was including the Momcozy product. We had used about all Momcozy baby product line from baby cameras to Brest milk containers… the customer service is amazing and they really make you feel they are there to help you all the way through. Would recommend Momcozy to all parents they are a tremendous asset when u need them

Ignored by customer service in emergency
I bought a momcozy M5 double pump in November 2025. As of writing this review one of the pumps is broken. From everything I've read I should have a 1 year warranty. I've made multiple attempts to contact momcozy because I desperately need a replacement. I openly explained to them my baby is getting surgery imminently and while she is nil by mouth I need to pump. As their pump has let me down I've asked to confirm my pump is within warranty and get a replacement urgently. They've ignored me.
What kind of ethos is this for a brand that should be supporting mothers? They've left me stranded. Terrible customer service in my time of need.

Everything turned out great at the end
Everything turned out great at the end, I got my new pump
I would give a 4 star for the momcozy wearable pump and a 5 star for the support service. Less than a month in the flange was broken and a little over two month the motor started to malfunction. With that being said , the support team was very helpful and fast at getting me the replacement for flange and motor. I used this pump as my primary pump and I’m able to have enough supply for my baby with a little extra.

Since receiving my cordless pumps I’ve loved how easy they were to use and carry everywhere. There was an issue after a couple of weeks I had with one of the pumps where it stopped working out of nowhere. I contacted customer support and they helped me out with such great care to quickly get me a new one. It has been such a pleasant experience using their products and knowing they ACTUALLY care about their customers. I would without a doubt recommend their products to any mom looking to buy baby and maternal care!
They were very quick to respond when I had troubles with my pumps! Very friendly and kind over emails and have made my pumping journey much smoother.

Amazing
Amazing. I had a small problem with my device, which was probably because of me using it wrongly. They just sent me new devices that were perfectly working so my wife will not have a problem with her lactation. This is perfect customer service, they really care.
