Grateful for Great Servixe
Fantastic quick service by text and email to secure a last-minute charter on 12 hours notice. Very grateful to Ido for his prompt work to secure a flight for me.
Five stars
Shay was incredible setting up our trip. Made our trip so easy and was always checking in throughout the trip until we landed back home. I’ll definitely be using her again in the future!

This was my first charter and Joey made the experience fun, enjoyable and he was so communicative -- especially with my first time nerves. I would recommend Monarch and especially Joey, my point of contact is amazing!
Siera was just amazing
Siera was just amazing. She listened and jumped into action to get me a flight completely ad hoc. I went from deep in the ditch to making my important meeting in NYC with 30 minutes to spare. Rabbit out of a hat and she looked after EVERY detail. Outstanding responsiveness, empathy, communication and RESULTS! 6 stars out of 5 experience.
Need a travel solution, book your flight through Monarch!
Shay on the ground handling details and our pilots, Mike and Neal, made our flight outstanding! We took care of the business we needed to handle and returned home that afternoon. The plane was clean and fast, and the flight and logistics were smooth. Can't recommend them enough!
Perfect service
Outstanding Service
Tramy from Monarch Air Group was absolutely the best to work with, and handled every detail of my trip effortlessly and made the entire experience seamless. Thanks to Tramy's professionalism in handling my itinerary, I knew from that moment I was in great hands with Tramy's oversight. The service and care that Tramy has shown me, is exactly why I will always return to Monarch Air Group to continue working with her, and knowing I am in great hands.
Five Star Experience
Ido with Monarch was very responsive and kept in touch with us before and during our travels. The pilots were very friendly and professional, the flights were on time, and the aircraft was very clean and comfortable.
Highly recommend Monarch Air Group!!
Highly recommend Monarch Air Group!!! They had many options for airplanes and pricing that was less than my options with my current contract with a private jet company. The communication from my contact, Felip, was OUTSTANDING…He texted me to let me know the plane was ready to go and followed up as well. It is great you do not need a long term contract to use them. Pilots were very friendly. It was just a fantastic experience. Thank you.
