Sending tracking number without proof of being in USP is or other Carriers is just plain scamming

We finally got around to opening the box. I ordered a set of wing wheels for the Roll play, and in the box was only one wheel. We needed the left wheel for repair, and I think I got lucky and got the left one. But I paid for two wheels, only one was sent. Oh well.

I purchased a set of wing wheels for a Roll play scooter. They worked perfectly. The only thing I wished would have happened was that when I ordered, I could have found a way to send them directly to my Niece, instead of shipping to me and then I had to forward them by mail to my Niece. I couldn't find a way to change the ship to address.

Parts (bearings for walker scooter) fit in perfectly... 92 year old grandma happy. Wasn't happy about the time it took to get them / ship method. Checked tracking and went to numerous places, even to one place twice?
