The staff was knowledgeable, helped me to feel comfortable in explaining my concerns. Provided me with feedback when I needed it. The responses were rapid and appropriate. I felt like I was a person and not justauto responses. I received my battery box with my batteries in a very short time. I have installed them on my mobility scooter and they are working perfectly! What we thought was a old lift sleep chair going useless with button to recline and go back not working half the time and the manufacturer appears not in business anymore. Then we seen you apparently had one exactly what we needed. Well the chair works like new again with all buttons working again. Fit perfectly and the controls weren't yellow like our old one--bright white and new. We were afraid of spending that much money not knowing if it would actually help but were so glad we did. Thanks for saving us from having to replace the chair. In all you saved a whole lot of money.

I've ordered from this company a few different times over the years. I'm not the smartest person when it comes to computers and finding things online but they have been very helpful whenever I have called them needing their assistance. They are always very personable and even though I feel like I'm asking a bunch of stupid questions, I always feel like they have a smile on their face when they're talking to me.
