Clothes are good quality however, their customer service is shockingly bad! I didn’t care for the fit on what I purchased so I asked for a refund. They told me to give it to a friend as a gift instead. Still going back and forth with them.

The clothing items are beautiful. Having never ordered from tis company before, I am unsure of the sizing. I, like most people don't know the measurements of the different body parts. I'd prefer having a sizing chart that shows what numerical size is equivalent to the different size, i.e. 12-14 is the same as L or XL is equivalent to a 14-16 or whatever
Your products seem to made of quality material. I would give a 5 star rating but I have not received any merchandise yet. My only other issue are your photos most of them are only of one angle and that's from the front.
Ease of use. It would suit me better to f you had an XS selections.

My oder was cancelled within 24hrs. My card was still charged. The Burgandy Fax Leather dress was shipped anyway. I liked the dress But it is way to Big. I am trying to RETURN it. The communication states that they can't find my order. I sent order number and package receipt photos as requested. There was No return label or order slip inside my package. You must return within 14 days. I am receiving no help in regards to returning.
You really shouldn't ask for a review until product has had time to arrive - I just placed my order yesterday. The dress is beautiful, though, & payday finally arrived so was able to buy it. I wanted the dark blue satin blouse also, but it was too expensive, couldn't do it. Now you are sold out of my size anyway. Please let me know when you have a bonafide sale.
They will not facilitate returns. They sent me two of the same item and charged me for them both. The product, while made well is different from the image on their website and they will not facilitate the return. So I am now out $250.
The photo quality was good and most of the info was provided. I would’ve liked the actual fabric type used.
Just wanted to let everyone know it’s not a scam. I ordered Jan 5, 2025 and got my order Jan 14. I bought a black jaquard suit and a beautiful white blazer with roses. Both are decently made. The tracking number they gave me however was garbage and that stressed me out. My order did arrive in about 10 days with express shipping. I should have ordered the suit as separates because the top needed to be 2xl (I’m a size 12), and as a result the pants came that size too and they look like clown pants. I took them to a seamstress and now they look great. The blazer is top notch too.
I ordered this dress earlier on January 2 did not receive a confirmation number so I have the bank to stop the first payment of $118

I should have known better. Actual dress not quite as pictured, fabric is cheaper looking and the fit is awkward. Dress was shipped from Ch ina took forever to arrive and forget about customer service for returns. Not worth the hassle I'm keeping the dress and lost $96. I'll sell it on MP.
I will wait one more week it’s my third one if I don’t receive my item I will make a claim
The discount code made it an option for me to buy; therefore, I feel supported and valued as a customer. Additionally, the items sold as a set provided the visual and convenience of paired-material & ensemble shopping. However, I was deceived through "bait and switch" - the pre-order shipping cost was free; the checkout shipping cost was $14.95. Therefore, I am giving it a 4-star rating. Otherwise (without the bait and switch), I would have had a 5-star shopping experience.
