I would highly recommend myfacesocks.co.uk. The team was professional, responsive and understanding throughout my experience. When there were unexpected issues with my parcel during delivery, Sara from myfacesocks helped throughout the process, and the parcel was reproduced and redelivered. Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing. It comes with protective layers to make sure it comes in the best condition. There are two layers of protective film so carefully use a pin or somethinf similar to get the second one off before you start thinking that your item has come scratched.
Sara was wonderful
Sara was wonderful! I ordered a shirt for my husband but something somewhere got screwed up and it was way too big when I received it! Sara helped me through the process and is sending me a new size shirt free of charge. The products are always great and the customer service is even better! Thanks again Sara!
Excellent service
Quick communications is key and that’s what you’ve got, I got responses within the same day I sent emails which usually doesn’t happen. And the staff made the whole experience smooth and painless.
