Has to do video call and got my payout rejected and banned

I just made several thousand dollars and had to do a facetime with MFFU to which they then denied my payouts and said I wasn't the person whose identity I was using (even though I did a video call with them) do I not look like the girl in the ID? Did I not answer every question they asked on video call? Either was very frustrating on what would've been my largest payout.
