Bitter Experience
I bought 50k rapid and they breached my funded account at -1789. I have not reached any equity high after i got funded and continuous losses.On the day my account was breached was tradovate outage issue (17/07/2026) was going on. I contacted support and they could not understood my point and not convincing.
Technical fault
I experienced an issue during my evaluation that unfortunately resulted in my account breaching. I contacted the MyFundedFutures support team, and although we initially had different views on the situation, they remained professional, patient, and took the time to explain their evaluation rules in detail. What impressed me the most was that they ultimately provided me with a complimentary account reset, even after the breach. I truly appreciate that gesture, as it showed they value their traders and are willing to help where they can. Thank you to the entire MyFundedFutures team for your professionalism, excellent customer support and for giving me another opportunity. I’m looking forward to taking on the evaluation again.
