In the beginning the service was horrible. I submitted my issue on July 31st. I then had to wait for a response that took until August 2nd saying the team was "working" on my issue and person texting me was Skynyrd, he didn't asnwer any messages and left me on read for days. I had to make 2 more complaint files until my voice was finally heard when Nathan came along and helped me fix the issue. Also a girl named Emma came who also did brilliant. I think Myfundedfutures has an amazing staff and should prioritize giving daily updates to there customers because I shouldn't have to seize trading for 2 days because nobody was looking over my issue.

I am new to MyFundedFutures and was looking for some clarity on the rules for funded accounts on clearing the evals.
