I made an error with a code and paid full price for an evaluation, I reached out to support and was greeted almost immediately by Psalm who was able to issue me a refund promptly.

"Hidden: rule

Usually recommend this firm to anyone and everyone, however the day of payout my account was just breached for inactivity. This rule is only stated if you look up inactivity. It is not stated on your dashboard, when you specific look up the pro account rules, or in the payout requirements. I would understand if it was there front and center, but it is only visible if you search for inactivity. Had a 10 THOUSAND dollar payout to take the same day they breached it. Will no longer be trading with this firm.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! Highway robbery! I had a sim account and was eligible for a payout and in requesting a payout I received a breach of account email. Saying I haven’t placed a trade in 7 calendar days. Kyle on the chat assistance has been terrible, saying sorry for the inconvenience and nothing they will do.
