This is also stated on the tag. This is to stop customers using the item for an event or a period of time and then returning it for a refund. This was such a seamless experience. I sent in photos of my ring, they gave it a fair value and sent me the FedEx label. I brought the ring to FedEx on a Saturday, they recieveeiit Monday morning and by 1PM on Monday, I'd received my funds. Mark, my Client Services rep was so gracious and easy to work with. Very clear, thorough and fast. 10/10 recommend this service to sell your jewelery.
