I did not purchase from my Gemma I sold 3 items! My experience was good until the one thing they state from beginning that they don't cut the price quote after they receive the item and they did just that and not a lot of money, $300 on a $8500 Hermes Birkin while not huge it was petty! The other 2 items under $500 I would give 5 stars! Once I agreed to accept discounted payment I was paid within 24 hours as promised!

Easy transaction- great price- shipped on Monday from New York and received on Wednesday to Kentucky- I picked up at Walgreens since no one would be home to sign. Pochette Metis reverse monogram was excellent condition with minor scratches where gold piece latches to hardware which is unseen. Verified authentic by third party and microchip scans as well. Very reputable business. I would definitely buy again.
