They ignored my final notice. Deceptive billing and no response.
I was signed up for a hidden subscription without my clear consent. When I demanded a FULL refund, support offered a partial 2-month refund, which I refused. Then, dynamic duos "Lucas" and "David" kept changing and delaying the response. I gave them a 24-hour final notice, but they ignored it completely. This is a scam tactic. Do not trust them. I demand my full refund immediately!
