This is a company using underhand practices and appears fraudulent. I would advise that no one uses this site as they will take money from your account without authorisation. Although they have offered to refund a third of what has been taken, I will belive it when I see it. As for the rest of what is owed they have continued to ignore emails and do not seem interested. DO NOT USE! Edit 31/07/2026 So. My IQ. Although you have refunded three of the unauthorised payments between May and June 2026, you are still yet to acknowledge that you have been ignoring my emails for the remainder of the refund. I have offered you proof of your unauthorised access to my account of which you should already have on your own records and I have sent you numerous emails with no reply in return. You still owe the following: 19th November 2025 £29.99 16th December 2025 £29.99 13th January 2026 £29.99 10th February 2026 £29.99 10th March 2026 £29.99 7th April 2026 £29.99 This is a total of £179.94 that you have taken! It is very unfortunate to have to leave poor reviews, but this is disgusting and is the reason for me having to put all of this information on a review. Please, prove me wrong and provide the full refund as you have said you would. To anyone out there experiencing the same issues, I would suggest carrying out the following: report to econsumer.gov (monitored by the US Federal Trade Commission), Action Fraud UK (if you are in the UK), your bank’s fraud department, Trading Standards and leave a review on Trust pilot.

I am editing my original review that I did below. MyIQ emailed me and took care of it and gave me a full refund. When a company resolves a situation it deserved to be recognized. I did this through instagram and got my results. It did not state that it was a 7 day trial to then be charged $44.99. It sent an email with the same results so I deleted it as I didn’t need it. Only to see if fine print on the email that you will be charged automatically. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

The test itself was fine, but then I was expected to pay. Why? So I didn't pay. Then after that, when I exited the site, it gave me emails that I did not sign up for.
