I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I made what I believed was a one-off payment, but later discovered I had been enrolled in a recurring monthly subscription costing £29.99. At no point did I knowingly agree to ongoing monthly charges, and I do not believe the subscription was made sufficiently clear during the purchase process. After contacting customer service, the company agreed to refund five of the monthly payments, which I appreciate. However, they refused to refund the first three charges, despite my complaint being exactly the same for every payment: I did not knowingly authorise any recurring subscription in the first place. I cannot understand the reasoning behind refunding some payments while refusing others when the circumstances are identical. It feels inconsistent and unfair. I am now considering pursuing the remaining amount through my card provider and seeking advice regarding my consumer rights under UK law. Based on my experience, I would urge anyone considering using this service to read the payment terms very carefully before making a purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

This is a totally scam. I signed up for a trial and they kept charging for multiple months. Help Centre doesn't work at all either. Even if you signed for 7-days trial, they will still keep charging your account with full price. The log-in option also doesnt work either, it keeps encountering login errors. Watch out people.

You’re a scam company. Without my knowledge, you charged me €149.95 over a period of five months. I’d been feeling that my monthly living expenses were somehow a bit lower than usual, and it was only when I printed out my bank statement that I realised you’d stolen from me… I’ve already filed a chargeback with my card issuer; I have neither the desire nor the inclination to deal with you, and I’m prepared to take this matter to court across borders. Incidentally, there has not been a single valid notification of charges throughout this entire process, particularly no valid invoices or receipts. A word of advice to anyone reading this comment: if you are experiencing ongoing unauthorised debits, do not hesitate to report the matter to your local police station (Economic Crime Unit) and visit your bank to have your card replaced. If you wish to recover the funds, you must file a chargeback. Damn Scammer 🤢🤢🤢 Update: I was defrauded of €149.95 and applied for a chargeback with my bank. My old bank card had already been cancelled by the bank at the time of the chargeback application. I made this very clear when I contacted them, but they responded with an automated reply and only refunded me €29.99, attempting to shift the blame onto me. This website is a classic example of a ‘dark pattern’, which is illegal within the European Union.
