Wish I had searched for reviews before buying. Waited for 4 weeks, then got notified my order was delivered. Same story as everyone else, didn't receive delivery and they had the cheek to ask me for more money to deliver again. I have ring doorbell and definitely no delivery - plus I was at home all day. Scammed!!!!!!
The website has copied content from our brand Flower Mountain's original website and is deceiving customers who are unaware. It uses the cash on delivery trick, charging customers for low-value items while promising the brand's most popular shoes.
I paid 7,000 crowns for two pairs of sneakers, I received others, and obviously not from this company, but just fashion, no one answers, and they won't return the money, don't buy
do NOT buy anything from them. seriously. honestly if i could i would give a lower score. like everybody is saying here they are just scammers. dresses i ordered were supposed to arrive in february, obviously they didn't. i emailed them a couple of times, they had the audacity to say maybe i should ask my family, neighbours or sth else 🙄 after that i emailed them probably 20 times, Hilda kept just saying "sorry, we're working on it", but they never even replied to my emails to update me, i was the one to keep emailing them. after 6 months of emailing back and forth i tell her i just want my money back because it's obvious it's a scam. obviously i never got the money nor the dresses, biggest scam ever.
They are massive scammers… after months of telling me my order is in the post. Then they proceeded to tell me that it got lost. So I asked for a refund and they told me it will take 2 weeks to go back into my PayPal account. I then messaged again and they said their system to process the refund was down. Today I tried to contact them again only to have my email come back saying their address is not valid.. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM…
I ordered a dress from a webshop hosted on the MyShoplaza platform. The product was advertised as a "Cotton-linen Dress," but the item I received was made of polyester, as shown on the garment label. I contacted the seller immediately and requested a full refund because the product was not as described. Instead of resolving the issue, the seller repeatedly offered only partial refunds (15% and later 25%) if I kept the item. They also refused to provide a prepaid return label or confirm they would cover the return shipping costs. I exchanged multiple emails with the seller over several weeks but was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. I have now initiated a chargeback through my payment provider and reported the matter to the relevant consumer authorities. This review reflects my personal experience with a webshop operating on the MyShoplaza platform.
Total Scam! I ordered 12th of February my weddingdress here, the parcel was supposed to be delivered the end of March. Nothing ever came so I emailed them. After 22 emails they promised a refund in June, minus delivery costs (eventhough I think it was never send), but that didn’t arrive either. Do not order here. Report them it is a SCAM!
They seem to have a lot of bad reviews so i thought it only fair they get the praise where due. I've been ordering my football shirts from them for years now and have never been let down. Only thing is you have to wait 3-5 weeks for delivery due to their location but they are clear about this on the website. The quality is amazing, just as good as the originals @ over £100 now, at less than £10 each its a no brainer, clubs have officialy out priced themselves, its disgusting
0% dishonest, I’ve been waiting for a whole month for my parcel and nothing has turned up, Scammed me when I purchased 2 hoodies and never got an update on tracking number. Take this scamming scumbagging company down NOW!
Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars... it's a scam company, claiming the delivery has arrived and tell you to check with neighbours if it hasn't. Or to contact the local post office (although the delivery company is not the post office but some dubious unknown company). Got my money back from PayPal after 42 days of waiting for the delivery that never came. SCAM.

Don't bother. Will send you tracking number that you cant actually track. Only through their website. Then will say its been delivered when it hasn't. Customer service will not answer you. If you use PayPal they will refuse to give you a refund as its "been delivered " even with evidence in your favour. A complete and utter scam of a website. Will gladly take your money for no products. Just another con artist pretending to be a legitimate company
I ordered a few items back in Feb, it now says I've received my order but un defined I've emailed to ask what is happen and the only respond I got was that my order is on its way and to track it I've replied twice saying that on my tracking it says delivered but undefined and not got any reply back 🤨🤨
Ordered a dress online, said it was delivered. I have a ring camera and a security garage camera and no it was never delivered. When contacted they said to ask neighbors or friends!!!! Pathetic. Checked the tracking sent in the email. No such tracking site. Original email saying is on the way, that tracking shows it was delivered to San Francisco, CA......I live in ARIZONA!! THIS SITE IS A SCAM, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
Do not order from this place!!! I placed an order on December 24, 2025. It was delivered to a different state approximately 10 days later. I have been emailing daily saying that it was delivered to the wrong address and to please resend. It took them weeks to finally see that it was delivered to the wrong address. Not it is January 31, 2026. I still do not have my replacement order. It still hasn't been shipped. Terrible customer service. Lack of response time. No sense of urgency. Will NEVER order from them again!!!!!!
I ordered a pair of sneakers for €100 and received cheap, unbranded shoes that are poorly glued and of terrible quality. This is clearly a scam. Be careful before buying from this website!

Order never arrived but they have a fake tracking system that says it did.....at 5 am!! I don't think so!! They can't tell me what company delivered it, just says 'other'.
