The 1st hour product is as advertised. The instructions for the tourniquet were unreadable due to intense vacuum packing. I'll need to unwrap it anyway to practice. Now the beefs. I was barraged with texts and emails trying to sell me even more stuff even though all I wanted was the kit. Furthermore some of the offers were for "gold" which is a grift from the start. Lastly, the 1st Hour kit is available elsewhere for $49.
