What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the various jewelry pieces are absolutely stunning, beautifully crafted, and arrive safely in wonderful gift packaging complete with nice extra items. People deeply appreciate the gorgeous designs, vibrant colors, and consistently express complete satisfaction with their lovely purchases, smooth transactions, and overall experiences. However, some people were dissatisfied with the sizing, noting that certain rings and delicate earrings felt extremely tiny or uniquely child-sized. A few other people also felt that international shipping times could be rather slow, occasionally experiencing frustrating delivery delays or unhelpful tracking information.

good products, good service
I ordered 4 items delivered in 2 shipments. Good quality products and service! I appreciated the packaging: all is packed with grace and attention adding nice boxes for your jewelry and small gifts. Very nice! Shipment was punctual and tracking online useful. Thanks!
Good, cute
I received the jewelery just on time! I even got a little present for the purchase, which I didn't expect, and it's beautiful! The necklaces are just as the photos (even more cute). If you like a minimalist type of jewels, Thaya is your option. Cute, gorgeous and just what I like! I will purchase again with them!

Hi dear, I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with this shopping experience. If you have any questions about the product, you can ask us first, we are happy to help you solve the problem🥰 I noticed that you bought Thaya Enchanted Dino Bookcase Earrings. Due to the special material of this earring, there is a protective film on the surface of the earring. Did you tear off the protective film? The effect of tearing and not tearing the display is different~ In short, I'm sorry that I couldn't satisfy you😌 If you have any questions about the product, please feel free to ask~
Love it!
Just had my jewelry delivered today. Gorgeous packaging, and this is one of the few times that I have opened the delivery of earrings and not been disappointed. They are absolutely gorgeous and lovely quality. Now need to go online and order myself some more!
