My daughter wanted to get a friendship necklace to gift to one of her friends on their birthday. We purchased the necklace and it arrived in plenty of time for the birthday party, and is everything she hoped it would be. The necklace are a bit smaller than we thought they would be, but I kind of like that they aren't super gaudy or huge. Overall, this was a beautiful gift and my daughter and her friend are thrilled to have this lovely friendship necklace to share.
My purchase longed more than 1 month to arrive… but I finally received it, thanks to the staff’s support that helped me and always replied to me. The earrings are small, beautiful and cosy… I loved them! They are well done and are very elegant and discrete. Super cool! 💜💕

I paid £20.97 for this necklace in Black (plus £4.91 shipping). I was sent the cheaper £17.50 White version. I emailed the customer service TWICE on separate days to try to sort this out. It has been a week and they STILL have not replied. Now that I check on the product page again, they have REMOVED the product I paid for, so now there's only the White version of the product showing, so my review will seem nonsensical. This is just infuriating because the White version of this necklace looks NOTHING like the Black version that my sister wanted for her birthday.
Tl;dl: I paid £26 pounds total to be sent a different, cheaper product and then ignored by customer service. Don't buy from myThaya.
Don't buy from here. Really bad company. The staff does not speak English properly and they aren't trained on how to write emails to customers. You never know who you're speaking to when you contact them because they never sign their name and take ages to reply. They sent my item to the wrong address, even after I asked them to send it to a certain other address. After my item was delivered to the wrong address, I tried to contact them several times and they replied that there was an error updating the address and sent me a screenshot of their system which is Chinese. Like what? They never even communicated the problem to me and just chose to send it a completely different address which I cannot even get to because of covid restrictions. Plus the address that I sent them is correct, so because of bad staff and a faulty system, I am left without the possibility of even retrieving my items for several more weeks.
No Customer Service to speak of when sent the wrong item. Jewellery looks cheap. No refunds on return of item.

After finally agreeing that the fault was with the company, and that on proof of postage of the return they will process a refund for both the item itself AND the return postage, it has been 2 weeks, 3 emails, and no replies. If I could give this company 0 stars I really would!! Do not use!!
Was sent the wrong item and Customer Services did not get back to me (still no sign of a reply after a week). Sent a chaser email today.
