After having a connectivity issue with my vehicle, Fiona was very helpful and offered many different solutions to the problem. Even going back to her the follwoing day she was still able to narrow down the issue as being a potential problem with the vehicles OBD port. They asked me to submit a diagnostic log through the app which their engineer will investigate and come back to me with a possible solution. the ThinkDiag 2 is a great product and the support I've received thus far has been exceptional- fantastic customer service

My Thinkcar 689BT tablet stopped…

My Thinkcar 689BT tablet stopped working after 6 months. I contacted the customer support via emails. They diagnosed the issue with me and asked me for a video proof of the issue then sent me a new tablet in replacement. The process took around 5 days The only comment is that I had to pay for the return postage but I don't mind as I am happy they sorted the issue as the tablet is not cheap and I neededbit urgently. Overall good experience and hopefully the last time I need to contact them

MUCAR LIED about my 892BT in oct 25

I purchased my 892BT in oct 25. I was told that I was buying the top of the line and included lifetime upgrades. There was talk of the Tapology update happening in the next couple of months after some testing, so before my return window closed with amazon I contacted Mucar. They assured me that Tapology would be an included update if the testing was successful. I contacted them several times over the next couple of months and I always got the same song and dance. Finally in may or so they were done with their testing. Thats when they gave me a definate NO to TAPOLOGY. They said I needed to buy the 892BT PRO. Same hardware the I paid $600 for. But now it was the PRO. I have not gotten one uldate in 8 months. MUCAR are LIARS! They jerked me around for 6 months promissing tapology after testing. Instead they changed the name then have the nerve to expect me to buy the "UPGRADED" 892BT PRO when it is the updated 892BT that I thought I was buying all along! Do yourself a fayvor and STAY AWAY. I was lied to and they will lie to you too!

Corporate greed

Corporate greed, poor business practices,they mislead me and 10's of 1000's of other customers telling us that topology was coming to the,(in my case the Mucar 892bt) then gave a release date,of Nov 25th then that pasted by ,then they say It was postponed today later date, then they came out and they said they had to do more testing cuz they want to give the customers the best product they could 😂😂 then came out and flat out said we weren't getting it, and I have the screenshots to prove it on my end ,because every time you try to talk to them,customer service or with the online chats they would give you the runaround. I mean personally I don't really care about topology or not, I just don't like getting lied to, 👎👎👎👎 for thumbs down in my book
