I ask them som e questions, and got my answers, and i then ordered my Mucar 892 BT Pro, July 28, 2026, and 3 days after it was sent with DHL, and it arrived to me in Norway already Aug 3, 2026.
That was fast..
I have testet it and works good, and fast when updating and scanning.
easy to use, just need to get used to where to go around in it´s meny :-)
but then easy.
only thing u had with it, is i got a free screen protector with it and it follow the instructions, that says clean scren with alcohol cotton,(it´s in the packet), then put on the screen protector..
i then got 2 airbubbles, so I removed the screen protector, but it was not under the screen protector it was under the Tablets Screen :-(
should not happen that kind.
I have contacted them, they will now send me a new screen protector to me.
I did manage to get thise 2 airbubbles out under tablets screen.
so now good again, tablet works as it should and still love this Scanner..
I would say you should choose the Pro version where you get more options.
the Mucar 892 BT is also a good options but it you can get it to not so much differents in price, i would take Pro version..

Quick usage issue resolved
Quickly resolved a usage issue when switching to an updated system, or some of my equipment would've been rendered useless and require purchasing new equipment from them.
Placed an order on line and soon after noticed they offered screen protectors. Asked to modify my order to have screen protector added to shipment. I also requested a cancellation due to fca support not being included in the free software. But realized that was pretty standard due to FCA not necessarily the seller. They cancelled my shipment and the. I contacted them and cleared the purchase and added the screen protector. Very happy with results.
The computer has five what I’ve asked of it. If you are not familiar with these bidirectional computers they are not intuitive. A search function would be great. But I e used 2 different brands and neither of them had a comprehensive process search or guidance.
I did have sluggish start up (over 1.5 minutes) used integrated chat and they suggested factory reset. This cut the time in half. Chat was way quicker than email as well.

Thinkcar offers capable and affordable diagnostic tools for DIY enthousiasts. Customer service was responsive, helpful and made the experience straightforward. Very satisfied with both.
Support was helpful with figuring out vehicle coverage for my MUCAR 892BT Pro.
I wanted to add keys to my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, but the coverage checker didn't really show it. This had to be verified by one of their technicians. I got it today and verified it had the functionality.
Originally, they sent me a screenshot of the coverage checker so I could verify if it could add keys (it didn't show up in the coverage checker screenshots). They only asked a technician after I questioned whether or not the key adding functionality would be added in the future.
I can't really blame support entirely for that. They are using the tool given to them, which should be up to date with current information but wasn't.
Support took EXACTLY a day to respond via email, took me 2 days total to get my answer.
But the emails did say at the end, "For faster support, please reach out to online customer service on the app or mythinkcar.com anytime".
