Disappointed by Their Business Practices
After doing some research, I decided to buy their top-of-the-line scan tool because they advertised a feature that was supposedly in beta and “coming soon.” We were led to believe that this feature would eventually be available on the tool we purchased. Instead, they released a new PRO version of the same scan tool for an additional $500 and now claim that the feature is exclusive to the PRO model. The most frustrating part is that many of us literally participated in testing and helping develop this feature on the scan tool we already own. After using our feedback to improve it, they locked it behind a more expensive version. That feels incredibly misleading and unfair to customers who bought the original model expecting that promised feature. They are also offering discounts if you leave a review here, which seem to violate trustpilot’s rules.

I had a problem with my order because I accidentally purchased the wrong subscription. I contacted customer support, and they responded quickly and professionally. They explained the situation clearly and agreed to help cancel my order so I could purchase the correct BMW subscription instead. Their communication was friendly and helpful throughout the process. UPDATE FALSE ADVERTISING! 2026 device locked on 2025 software!
UPDATE: 1 am changing my review to 1 star. Mucar is practicing severe fals → Kérdés feltevése advertising. I bought 2026, but the software is intentionally blocked and locked on a July 2025 version (v1.3.2). They refuse to deliver the new software updates and the System Topology Map feature that the hardware is fully capable of running. They gave me a 10% refund just to quiet me down, but they officially seal and freeze the update support for standard buyers. Do not trust their "lifetime free updates" promise, it is a lie! I just want to say a big thank you to the THINKCAR Team ❤️ I was really worried because my ThinkTool TKT01 wasn’t letting me sign in due to a verification code issue. At first, I thought I had wasted my money because the shopkeeper wasn’t helping and kept ignoring my messages. Then I contacted the THINKCAR support team. They stayed in touch, worked on the issue, and after about 2–3 days, they fixed it completely. My device is now working perfectly! Thank you for your patience, professionalism, and excellent customer support. It’s not often you find a team that follows through until the problem is solved. Highly recommended! ❤️👏
