BIGGEST CRAP I EVER BOUGHT!!!! TOTAL GARBAGE!!! Will not connect to with app. I've spend 30 hours to make it work, but it never works. Customerservice stopped answering. NEVER BUY THIS!!!!!
This was by far the best customer support I have experienced. I had problems with my Nanoleaf Shapes controller and after contacting them with responses from them in under 1 hour, they have sent me new one. Thanks
Not sure why there are bad reviews of NanoLeaf products as I have nothing but good things to say about the product and the aftercare. I bought the Elements starter kit and two expansion kits a few months ago. They look incredible in my kitchen and people always want to know where I bought them from. I had a problem with the controller and customer service came back to me in a matter of hours and helped me resolve the problem in no time. I highly recommend Nanoleaf to anyone, they are superb!
Worst customer support ever. 6 weeks awaiting answer. Not reacting. Broken controllers everywhere. Don‘t ever buy this crap. it will go broken within 1 or 2 years and the series are discontinued.

Received their classic panels as a gift. Set them up in my office as a backdrop, they're absolutely incredible! I have them running through a ripple effect in a snake pattern. Highly recommended!
Broken out of the box. I purchased a Nanoleaf Shapes Hexagon start package with 9 lamps and the the controller did not function out of the box. Their support helped me with a replacement from their european online store, but lacked to inform me that the where in back order and could not be shipped within the next 3-5 weeks! So now I have useless lamps that can't do anything except a small amount of white light. I tried to get in touch with their support once again to get a confirmation of the delivery time, but 3 days in the have not responded yet. I am really disappointed that they have so bad quality control in the factory that they ship out faulty components to their customers.
Have nanoleaf light panels for a good while now and they work very well, lots of light and customisation. Was very surprised to see the amount of negative reviews. The only issue I have is when the WiFi drops I often have to set them up all over again. Bought the nanoleaf remote, wouldn’t recommend it, always starts glitching and rarely works.
The setup is easy, everything works and you're stoked. After 1-3 weeks you are no longer able to connect to your bulbs, you just get an "Unreachable" message. There is a fix but you need to start from scratch, uninstalling and setting everything up again wherein you lose all your saved settings such as colours/themes/timers and everything else. Contacting their support is very fast, unfortunately it's all canned responses, ending in them wanting a "video" of you performing the steps?!?! Avoid this shonky mob, the product doesn't work.
I ordered over $1000 worth of nano leaf stuff. It broke in the first month. I tried to get them to help fix it and it was a nightmare. It was like standing in line at the dmv for months. Then they discontinued the power supply to my triangles. Now I’m left with a bunch of useless plastic garbage.
Wish I'd checked trust pilot before I bought these, Bought hexagons 10 months ago, the controller has stopped working and despite reaching out to their support email and initially getting a response, once I have answered their initial questions they have not responded for 12 days now. Nothing in my setup has changed since I purchased them, so I can only assume they are broken now? i'm trying to use these lights in a specific colour so I can use a greenscreen, however I now cannot control the colours and it's a totally useless product 10 months after purchase. I will edit my review if something changes, but right now I'm appalled, I sent an email 24 hours ago to at least try and get a response about what was taking so long but since i've recieved nothing I must write a review.

So I bought the bulbs thinking it will connect to my Alexa and make my life easier so I don’t have to turn it off. After having it 6months I have reconnected it at least 2-3 every weeks and now it won’t even let me connect because it can’t find the bulb. What a waste of money and time. Terrible product and service!
I’ve had my Nanoleaf panels for 2 days and I’ve ran into multiple different problems which should be the case when you pay such a price for LED panels… 2/10 wouldn’t recommend
This is so bad don’t buy them! Imagine i had to pay more than 500 dollars for my pieces ! And imagine what the controller doesn’t work anymore ! And they don’t sell it separately! When i went to their website and put my serial number guess what ! They said i am elgible for free replacement but they only deliver to specific countries xD! So now my money went to the trash ! Either i spend another kidney to buy new pack or to through them out of home !
Worst hardware and and software I've ever purchased. Causes more problems than everything else I own combined. Not a single intelligent person at this entire chinese company.
Really sh** services. Purchased E27 bulbs in mid July when website indicates only 10 left, and after one month still no dispatch. Customer service said there is actually no stock and I was thinking ?????. There is something wrong with their supply chains and one large line of their bulbs are making noise when use. This brand will not survive long.
After 7 months of hanging on my wall and working well, the whole thing just fell off the wall and several "linkers" (the little chips that connect the triangles) broke. I found out they've discontinued this series. Additionally very confusing because there are "new triangles" and "old triangles" and they both use "rigid linkers," but the rigid linkers are different for each type. (Doesn't say this anywhere online.) Apparently, I spent $199 on the "old triangles," and Nanoleaf doesn't sell rigid linkers for the old triangles (they've been out of stock for a long time and they might never sell them again). So I went on eBay where some jerk has marked them up 1000% ($8 per linker, and i needed 6 of them). But I bought the wrong type of rigid linker, and they do'nt work on mine. So I'm out another $50 on top of the $199 for Nanoleaf. What a terrible company and terrible product, you guys are awful and I hope you go out of business.
