My sales rep, Ryan Seguljic, truly went above and beyond. Even though my town wasn’t originally on the delivery route, he found a way to get me added as I prepare to open my new store.
From walking me step by step through ordering hiccups (on me, not you) to checking in just to make sure everything is going smoothly, he’s been incredibly supportive the entire way.
Personable customer service like this is rare these days, and it means more than I can say to know I have someone like Ryan looking after my account.
