Neighbor auctioned the renters belongings
Rented my space and the renter was late on payments so Neighbor auctioned the renter’s belongings. Never seen anything like it. They said this was a last resort but they performed the auction before the renter’s lease was up. Contacted the CEO and support to try to intervene to no avail. Made for a very challenging situation for me dealing with the renter in the real world. Absolutely reckless service. I wish a professionally run and ethical business like Airbnb would get into this space.

Difficult to find, no instructions prior to the reservation to help. Then we had made the arrangement with the guy who let us into the garage to pick it up when we got back - telling him when we would arrive, early from a flight and he assured us be there and is awake every morning early and lives at the garage so it would be no problem. When we returned to pick up our car the guy we had arranged with at the car was not responsive. And we couldn’t get a response from the host Juan for a while too. We finally got in touch with him and he told us they were closed, never addressed that we had an arrangement with the person at the garage or what happened to him. Eventually he offered to bring our car to us. Which was nice, but still inconvenient and costing us more money because we had to uber from the garage to our hotel in Aventura. Then two weeks after our rental period I received another charge from neighbor for $157. I reached out to both Juan and the neighbor company and Juan refused to honor our original agreement of $150. We ended up being charged a total of $326.59 for two weeks of parking. Absolutely ridiculous and poor business. Will never recommend anyone to neighbor.com their business practices are shady and they could care less about the customers using their platform. Steer clear.

Convenient storage location close to Ocean City and…
The location is close to Ocean City and priced well for the area. The lot is maintained extremely well and has excellent security. It was a great find for us. The owner met me on site and helped choose the best spot for our boat & trailer, given the need for vehicle maneuvering. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

It took a while before we got our first reservation, but once we got the first renter, we've had renters fill our available spaces since. The renters are great, the app is very easy to use and explains everything super clearly. The Neighbor staff are very helpful and super available.

Great for the CT!
Easton was an amazing host. He offered me a ride to the airport which was less than 10 min away. Great location for the CT. Will be using him again next year.
