The actual service was fine, but the marketing team was beyond pushy. I didn’t even apply to rent anywhere, and the representative emailed, texted, and called me- twice- in the span of 24 hours! Also, their insurance is a scam- you don’t need it, but they make it sound like it’s not optional. Because of that, I would look elsewhere if there are other, similarly priced options.

Neighbor support is non responsive. Form messages are sent with no specific interaction. My account was suspended because of my response time. I was not allowed to properly vet the potential renter. They expect host to immediately accept requests without information. They also charge high service fees and pay one month in the rears. Not easy to work with.
Using the neighbor app was wonderful. I was able to find a spot to park my trailer minutes from my house and get in and parked within the hour. When I no longer needed the space, canceling was the easiest thing I've ever cancelled. The whole experience was fantastic and I recommend this app every chance I get.
Landlord of the lot was great no issues with security the app is easy to use.

I wanted a last minute parking, and it was only on the Neighbor App that I got the parking otherwise it would had been very hard, I am very thankful for neighborhood App for the parking, I really appreciate it.

First time I used. The place I rented was perfect for what I needed. So easy to use the app to find a place for your toys.
We got a prospect from neighbor.com who wanted to store their RV. On the appointed day, we drove 45 minutes to open the lot for her. After arriving, the renter got cold feet and changed her mind. So much for sleeping in on Saturday morning. To add insult to injury, neighbor.com decided not to pay us the measley $45. F neighbor.com, Its a waste of time. We will never rent to neighbor.com again
I never had a vehicle or rv camper on the property. Never been to the property , never checked in.

Safe, covered parking. Elevator if needed for easy in/out. Honest, accurate charging for actual days parked there. I would use Neighbor again.
