Rented for 3 years. Never had a problem.

They just let my car get towed away and…

They just let my car get towed away and didn’t even inform me I had to find out from tow company in the mail.I work over the road so I wasn’t able to know.

Very satisfied

It was quick , easy & I felt my trailer was in a secure place. When I took the trailer to bring it up north the cancellation process was also quick & easy. I will use Nieghbor/Lisa again when I return to SG over the winter months …

Great Host...very helpful

Great Host...very helpful, attentive and provides superb pictures and instructions on where and how to park. Site has video surveillance and area has well kept homes with surrounding home owners who obviously devote attention to their and others' property. After many Neighbor.com rentals, no host has ever been so fast and professional with communications than Andrew.

60 Wharf Drive… an excellent parking experience

The app is very user friendly and the customer support is very attentive.

The space was excellent

The space was excellent. I felt very confident our boat was secure. We had no issues at all for the entire year + we rented our space. Stephen is an excellent host; I highly recommend connecting with him if you need a place for your vehicle, trailer or boat.

Very good experience with their customer service team, location, security and overall assistance - I recommend.

Setup

Setup, payment and cancellation via the app have been very easy. I had no contact with the owner, so I cannot comment on that. The picture of the space did not acurately show the tightness of needing to back a camper through a barn gate. That is the main reason for leaving the spot. A car only would be fine, but pulling a trailer in was not, even for my husband who is very experienced in pulling boats, RV.

Parking spot is perfect

Parking spot is perfect, easy back in,and in a nice neighborhood. The owner Sam is very nice.

Host was not presen for direction

Host was not presen6 for direction. Gate was very narrow with limited turn around space

Neighbor.com is the best way to connect people who need storage space with people who have the space. The company has been very to work with.

I like the app

I like the app , I just don't like the fact that they threaten to disable your account right away if not being responsive immediately, some people are busy and don't check this all the time , I dont like the fact they pre approve people without your consent ! They need to run through background checks on people as well !!!
