Working with Paden Klein at Neighbors bank was the best decision. From start to finish he was exceptional ! Very professional and knowledgeable.Extremely patient with our ton of questions. Explaining every step and turning what could have been a stressful time ..to a very smooth and manageable home purchase .He listened to our financial concerns and needs and clearly explained our options to go forward . Answered all calls and emails promptly ..Thanks to Paden we closed with a good rate and are now able to enjoy are little dream home without financial worry !! I cannot recommend Bob Anderson at Neighbors Bank highly enough. He didn’t just handle our mortgage he essentially took over the real estate agent's responsibilities when they weren't stepping up. Bob took on a mountain of extra work outside his job description to ensure my wife and I successfully closed on our home.
The level of care and dedication he showed is unheard of in this industry. He turned what could have been a nightmare into the best experience of our lives. Bob started as our loan officer, but he is now family and a friend for life. If you want someone who will truly fight for you, Bob is your man!

This was my first time buying a home so I chose Neighbors Bank because of thier reviews. I was very nervous making that first phone call. I was immediately put to ease byChristina when we had our first conversation. She was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I really was blessed to have someone who cared about making this process as easy as possible. I would 10 out of 10 choose Neighbors Bank again.
A lending team that truly follows through — even when things aren’t simple
My loan process with Neighbors Bank was far from straightforward. There were multiple moving parts and a few unexpected hurdles, but Josh Falke and Lane Blalock never missed a beat.
They stayed calm, professional, and proactive the entire time — constantly finding solutions instead of excuses. Communication was clear and consistent, and I always felt they were one step ahead, making sure nothing fell through the cracks.
